Heather Pisano, MS, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC is a dual certified nurse practitioner in family medicine and psychiatry.  Heather has been a registered nurse since 2011 and a nurse practitioner since 2015. She brings with her extensive experience in internal medicine, hematology-oncology and palliative care.  She is also an adjunct professor at Niagara University for the Family Nurse Practitioner program.  Heather joined Hospice Buffalo in February 2024, where she serves as the overnight on-call provider for the Hospice Inpatient Unit (HIU) and the hospice patients in the community.
