Hospice is Here ~ Wherever You Call Home!

Care in Nursing Homes & Assisted Living Facilities

While many Hospice Buffalo patients receive care in their homes, Hospice Buffalo’s assisted living and nursing home programs enable us to bring our expertise in quality-of-life care to residents in area facilities. Hospice Care is available in contracted Assisted Living, Nursing Homes, Group Homes, and Developmentally Disabled Facilities. The program’s purpose is to allow residents in advanced stages of illness to remain in familiar and supportive surroundings while receiving palliative (comfort) care. Hospice and palliative care doctors enhance the specialized care of the assisted living and nursing home team with the special care, emotional support and spiritual guidance that residents and their families need during this distressing time. Hospice Buffalo care is available in more than 40 assisted living and nursing homes in Erie County.
