Cheektowaga, NY. June 1, 2018 —The Center for Hospice & Palliative Care COO, Roseann McAnulty, and Hospice Buffalo staff presented Brookdale Kenmore with a plaque Tuesday, May 29, in recognition and appreciation of their partnership and efforts in providing quality-of-life care for their residents and families. McAnulty stated, “We are grateful for Brookdale Kenmore's exceptional care collaboration with our Hospice Buffalo and Home Connections teams. Offering the right care to seniors at the right time is our joint mission. The Brookdale Kenmore Team is dedicated to helping residents in their community live each day in the most meaningful way.”
